The short version: Use SitePulse professionally and legally, pay for what you use, and your data belongs to you.
By creating an account or using SitePulse, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you're using SitePulse on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
SitePulse provides construction project management software including RFI tracking, deficiency management, schedule management, document storage, daily logging, and team collaboration tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@sitepulse.app if you suspect unauthorised access. You may not share accounts or use automated tools to create multiple accounts.

You own all data, content, and files you upload to SitePulse. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your project data. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the service.
You can export all your data at any time using the ZIP export feature. If you close your account, your data is deleted within 30 days.
SitePulse offers a free 14-day trial with full access. After the trial, continued use requires an active paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically.
You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months, but we will always honour any commitment made during a promotional period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not affect your current billing period.
We target 99.5% monthly uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance via in-app banner. We do not guarantee specific response times for support, but we aim to respond to all enquiries within 2 business days.
SitePulse is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption.
You agree to indemnify and hold SitePulse harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay for a subscription, or if we reasonably believe your use is harmful to other users or the platform. Where possible we will give you notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue first.
You may terminate your account at any time from the Profile page. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SitePulse is registered. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We'll notify you by email and in-app banner for material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
